As mothers of 5 children (3 for Heather, 2 for Bri) entrepreneurs, and hot mess moms, we don't have time for a strict, super intense approach to exercise. 

That doesn't mean we still don't love fitness. It just looks different right now. 

Instead of long workouts, PRs, and muscle ups we are focusing on maintenance, practicality, and training in a way we enjoy. 

Our goals today center around being fit and strong enough for whatever task is at hand.

Coming from a personal training background myself I found myself doubting my return to fitness after having my first child in 2017.

What equipment will I need?
A set of dumbbells (ideally a heavier and lighter set, but we can make whatever work) 
A resistance band 
A kettlebell 

We'd love to see you have something to step up on and something to use for upper body pulling (a pull up bar, rings, TRX, etc) but this is not required or can be added later. 
I'm pregnant or  recently had a baby, can I do this program?
We LOVE pregnancy and postpartum fitness and this will be a great program for you AFTER you are out of those chapters. 

If you are pregnant check out our at-home workout program.

If you are postpartum we recommend first completing 8 week Postpartum Athlete program and THEN joining this program! 
It's been awhile since I've worked out. Will I be able to keep up?
Can I seem a sample workout? 
Yes! This program is for all ability levels, we can help you make the proper adjustments you need to make it work for you. Inside the app you can message us anytime with questions/concerns or get some extra coaching! 
Of course! Our workouts will vary from day to day and month to month and can be adjusted for all ability levels, but here is an example of a longer workout day.
