As mothers of 5 children (3 for Heather, 2 for Bri) entrepreneurs, and
hot mess moms, we don't have time for a strict, super intense approach to exercise.
That doesn't mean we still don't love fitness. It just looks different right now.
Instead of long workouts, PRs, and muscle ups we are focusing on maintenance, practicality, and training in a way we enjoy.
Our goals today center around being fit and strong enough for whatever task is at hand.

• Carrying ALL the groceries
• Wrestling angry toddlers.
We each have 8+ years experience coaching women from professional athletes (Bri) to everyday moms who like to workout. Our backgrounds are unique in that we understand strength, conditioning, and how that intersects with women's health (got a vagina question.... we're your gals!)
We believe that exercise is critical for your overall well-being. We also get that your life is different right now and practicality trumps perfection.
Which is why we came together to develop this program and we'd love to guide you through it.
